Qvevri Etseri

Qvevri Etseri is our unique product. Tea is prepared using GABA technology and fermented in a Qvevri using anaerobic fermentation for several days, giving the tea special aroma and taste. An ideal fine tea for the evening. Light amber colour. A clean tea with no glaze or deposits. With GABA you can feel the body relaxing. The wood is soft and the taste is sweet at first but slightly sour with a light body when swallowed.
