Brewed
A roasted green tea — strong fire, strong aroma. Named after the Phoenix.
Phoenix is a roasted green tea with a very strong aroma and taste. It is made from morning-plucked fresh leaves and roasted on very high temperature — that's why it is named after the Phoenix. Strong fire is the key to the specific strong aroma during manufacturing. Notes of cocoa, honey and aged wood; sharp delicate texture; predominant malt taste; balance of medium acidity and medium tannins gives a sweet, honeyed cup.
