Daisi

Daisi ("Sunset") is hand-plucked only during the full moon, when leaves absorb the most water, and at the new moon when more moisture is pulled to the soil surface — causing greater germination and better-established plants. Notes of cocoa, honey, subtle spice, cooked lemon and aged wood. Light, smooth, delicately silky texture with a balance of low acidity and low tannins — honeyed, round and easy to drink.
