GANTIADI, in English meaning “Sunrise”, is made from freshly harvested tea leaves, plucked in the early morning. When the first sunray appears on the horizon, local villagers are already working hard to deliver the leaves as early as possible in the factory, which is the key of the special aroma and taste of tea.
It is a fine, clean and bright tea that displays the aroma of cooked chard once infused. It is sweet with a slight lasting bitterness. It is medium bodied and this makes it possible to appreciate a delicate astringency. It is betrayed by the dark green color and by the notes of vegetables that accompany the tea during the tasting.
